Self Healing Energy Practices

The body and bio field is a self healing energy system, sometimes needing a reset, to align the energy centres to self healing frequencies
Below is a checklist in no particular order of helpful solutions to finding balance within the system to allow for the self healing mechanism to do it’s thing
1- BREATHE- sounds obvious but each breath is bringing you new life. Breathe slowly in through the nose allowing the breath to soften and deepen and naturally sigh out. It’s ok if you take a while to get into a rhythm or if you make noises or inhale loudly , just focussing your mind on the aliveness in the breath. Letting the breath lead you. Focus on desired qualities you are breathing in. Imagine being held in the arms of your breath, allow yourself to rest in the nurturing and nourishment of the universes unique love for you
2- Homeopathy- is another form of vibrational healing. I hear you-What? I ask any one doubting homeopathy to try it with their pets. This is just a checklist, not a treatise, but I have successfully used homeopathic remedies from a trained homeopath for over 40 years , so yes that is one of my go to’s for a reset
3- Sauna- Infrared saunas are my favourite form of time out, they reduse stress and oxidative stress in the body and easily reset the body . As far as health insurance goes a home sauna is probably the best investment one could make. The brand I use is @clearlight. Quality materials mean no Vocs and a lifetime guarantee.
4 -Garden- Get involved in the ground beneath our feet, even if it’s to lay face down on the lawn and cry. Just going for a walk to look at flowers growing in other peoples gardens can give you a lift
5- Which leads us to move the body!, tai chi, yoga, chi gong, stretching, dancing , swimming, biking, walking, trampolining, any thing at all. Your body wants to get joyful about challenging itself in a fun way. It is a great way to balance mental overload, when the mind goes round and round. Let the body’s need for exercise take front seat at those times. Giving the mind the back seat for a while lets some perspective in and the feel good chemistry of your body gets to influence the mind to better thought patterns.
6- Acknowledging with your senses the area around your body that is the bio field, that is in fact you, with the body within it. This is easier for some than others, but even if you can’t get any fleeting sense of the existence of this energy envelope, know that quantum physics knows all about it and indulge your imagination. Polish the inside of the imagined bubble of your aura with white light or golden light, as if you’re cleaning the windows. You can turn it into an interpretive dance !
However you do it, out loud with your cat watching or in your minds eye, bring the light into your realm and let it build and nourish the inside of the sphere for as long as possible to influence a re-set in mind, body and spirit.
7-Mirror work- saying an affirmation to your reflection can be a powerful jump start into resetting a mindset change. Sometimes beliefs serve us for a while, for a season of growth and then they start to be incomplete or not take into account new strengths and different inclinations as time moves. Choosing to change what we believe about ourselves is a really powerful step in self awareness. It’s a whole other blog post right there about the content of the affirmations but you get the idea. Love on yourself with some gentle and loving words of affirmation is a good place to start.
8-EFT or tapping- I am so impressed with tapping and I love helping people through appointments online or in person to discover some of the benefits of using this to reinforce new and better patterns of thought . It can help us in many fight, flight, freeze or fawn situations.
9-Authenticity- Having an honest talk with your Guardian angel can be a shift on its own. Understanding that we are not here to take on everything ourselves. Pray from the heart.
10-Connecting to the light- All my energy healing appointments are about me using this skill, which I believe is available to all of us. Bringing awareness to the tube of living light coming down from above and connecting through the earth and back up into your body is the first step. Breathing into that awareness can help you on its own without any appointments. Just approach it with beginners mind, get curious if you feel certain energies moving or unblocking within you. Release all and any emotions that come up. You may find yourself burping or other signs of internal energy moving. Ask the energy to flow into all the right places and to unburden you of the things you’re ready to let go off. Trust in the experience and allow energies of fear to dissipate.
11- Mg- epsom salts baths, magnesium chloride oil- transdermal, a swim in the ocean, any of the 10 types of magnesium. Daily magnesium, especially through the skin, can help with so many health problems in both mind and body. It’s a win- win solution and I recommend you use transdermal methods, even if you are also taking a tablet.
12-Sound healing- Biofield tuning is a powerful reset using the Schumann frequencies of the earth to reset the bio field. You need a certified sound healer that understands what they’re doing. However using your own inner awareness, toning , or making sounds that hum within the body can help still the mind and activate energy alignment.
Have I left anything out? Probably. I’ll post this and thing, oh whoops, I forgot to mention…..
Just know having awareness and intention brings momentum into the energy system and most definitely has an influence. What was once referred to as magic has a basis in physics, geometry and mathematics, so although it might feel all a bit woo woo to the rational parts of us, it’s actually Natural Intelligence at work in the higher mind, working with natural principals that feel like magic. Perhaps highlighting the miraculous creation we are in.
